At the tender age of 23, he harnessed that passion and turned it into a successful business where he oversaw fine carpentry and construction projects, working closely with, and learning from, a variety of highly skilled industry experts along the way. 

 

Throughout his tenure as a business owner, Nima honed his project management and customer service skills, which came rather effortlessly thanks to his social nature and a love of working with people. He ultimately transferred that skillset, along with his acquired industry expertise and robust network, to a burgeoning career in real estate. 

 

Upon obtaining his real estate licence, Nima joined Shaheen & Company and has never looked back. When he isn’t busy at work, Nima loves playing guitar and piano, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with his partner and their beloved three-year old bulldog.
